Our Pastor and his wife had us over for lunch on Sunday afternoon. Their table is one of those high tables that has beautiful matching stools, but because there weren't enough seats, an office-style chair was brought in and had to be 'pumped' up to the appropriate height.
Aside from his consistent scattering of their basket full of doggie toys, and his fascination with their La-Z-Boy chairs in the living room (picture a curious young boy cranking the lever on the side to watch the chair open and fold over and over until his
Things went remarkably well until after Judah finished his food. While we adults were still seated at the table talking after the meal, I noticed that Judah was exploring every square inch of their living room, and at one point even came behind us at the table. Part of the reason for this was that he kept
Suddenly, in the middle of a sentence, our Pastor, who was seated in the office chair, suddenly drops about six inches, very nearly hitting his chin on the table.

LOL! Your posts never cease to make me laugh. You should make some money off of your sons antics and send some of these stories into Reader's Digest (:
I'm trying to laugh quietly because Grandpa R is sleeping here near my computer, but I'm sorry, I just have to laugh. I can just imagine how funny that was to the pastor! I mean, no harm, no foul, right? He's probably chuckling to himself over and over about it.
Meantime, you and Jeff are having those FBMVC's (face-burning moments of vivid recall). Hilarious.
That is a typical boy for you! LOL! The good thing is that anyone who has ever raised one (or is in the process of it) can sympathize with you. I love the stories you share! They always make me laugh. :0) Hope things are going well for you, my long, lost, dear sister. :0)
LOL Judah, is quite the entertainer. Jusy think of how boring life would be without him.
Today I was cleaning upstairs, which means its climbing time for Noah. He climbed up on the counter and dumped a brand new bottle of carpet cleaner all over my kitchen. He was lucky today is his birthday!
